Full bone-in baked chicken quarter, quick on the grill, was marinated in lemon grass & rich herb sauce, served with a SEPARATE BOWL OF PHO, with broth simmered for 24-hour, using fresh flat noodle, added green, load of spring onion & added Marrow to create richness & creaminess to the broth.
