Duration Limit

Kindly keep visits under 90 minutes during peak hours.

Large Parties

For groups of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity is applied.

Outside Food/Cakeage Fees

A charge of $2.50 per person for outside food or cake.
A charge of $25 per bottle of wine.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The restaurant may take photos or videos for social media; inform the staff if you prefer not to be featured.

Noise Level

The restaurant can be loud; you can request a quieter table.

Alcohol Policy/warning

An ID check is mandatory for all guests prior to alcohol service. It is our policy to verify age for responsible alcohol consumption. Additionally, consuming alcohol during pregnancy can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or may become pregnant, please avoid alcohol. Thank you for your cooperation.

Raw Food Warning

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have a medical condition. Please inform your server of any preferences regarding cooking levels.

Allergen Warning

Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Our dishes may contain allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, soy, wheat, gluten, or sesame.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated.
Guests who are visibly intoxicated or pose a safety risk to themselves or others may be denied service.
We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patrons, and any violations of our policies may result in refusal of service.

Holy GAo FEE Surcharge -san francisco location only

The “Holy Gao Fee” is named because doing business in this area is "Holy Gao" much more expensive than in other areas, and our costs are simply higher than at our other locations. So, at this location, we charge a Holy Gao Fee of 5% on each bill in recognition of these increased costs of doing business, which include employee health benefits and more.
